If you are already a client of the shop you can gain admittance to you account (CLIENTS), if you are not a client yet, you can have your data recorded while buying. It is also possible to purchase without having your personal information recorded.
We would ask you to provide us with your personal data (name, address, etc.), when you do the first shopping, so that you could purchase next time without filling in the same questionnaire. You can change the number of the items you are going to buy by pressing + or -.
You will receive an e-mail which confirms that your purchase has been done correctly. If you do not receive the e-mail, please, contact us: info@miguelbolsos.com and provide us with the following information, please: your name, your surname and your order number.
The bag you order will be send to you the same day if we receive the order earlier than 12.00 and the items you ask are available.
If you buy several items and one of them is not available, we will send them to you separately, if there is more than a 10-day delay, unless you ask us no to do it.
If we run out of the item you ask, we will make it for you and you will have it delivered as soon as it is made.
In our website you will find a possible delivery date, but you should consider that they are abstract ones, so as there might be some delay.
Thus, if the item you order is not available at the moment we will contact you to tell you a new delivery date or in case it is not possible to provide you with the item you ask we will to cancel your order. Certainly, you can demand an indemnity.
If you order items with different delivery dates, it can be done in different ways:
  • you can do it as one order, in this case you will receive the items you want according to the latest delivery term (for example, you order an item with a delivery term of 24 hour, and another one with a delivery term of 48 hours, you will receive the purchase in 48 hours).
  • you can separate the items while making an order; in this case you will have to pay the delivery costs each time (so if you want to receive the item of the delivery term of 24 hours in the case mentioned above in 24 hours, you will have to make two orders)  
How to choose the address
 
When you confirm the items you have chosen, you will have to fill in the gaps “Invoicing address” and “Delivery address”. These two addresses can be different, for example, in case you want to buy a present for someone. In this case you should write the address you want us to send the item as the “delivery address” and the address you want us to send the invoicing as the “invoicing address”.
If you buy here for the first time and do not want to have you data registered, you still will have to give us these addresses (for us to be able to deliver your order and invoicing). If you bought something before, and you had your data registered, it is not necessary to provide us with it again. Delivery terms
 
We indicate the delivery term we can provide in the information you can find about each item. It can be of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours o 15 days.
It should be add to this term the delivery term of the delivery service we work with.
The terms should be counted only including working days, as miguel.bolsos does not work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
 
The ways of delivery
We offer you several ways of delivery for you to choose the more appropriate one.
While buying you can indicate the type you would prefer.
We have chosen a transport company which has all the facilities for the efficient delivery.
1. Urgent delivery:
The item will be delivered in 24/48 hours (until 20.00, except public holidays), that will occur for the orders made from Monday to Thursday (before 12.00 a.m.).
The item will be delivered in more time (24/48 hours plus one day or even more), if the order is made on Friday or in the evening before a public holiday. Orders are not delivered at weekends and on public holidays. 
2. Parcel post package:
You can receive your order as a registered parcel by mail. In this case you should bear in mind that the delivery term will depend on the distance and the mail service delivery terms of your country.
